BETA : in testing.

you need :

  • 4 eggs.
  • 125g of butter.
  • 75g of self-rising flour.
  • 150g of sugar.
  • 200g of chocolate. (i use 60% cacao chocolate - 70% worksnice too)

Ustensils :

  • 1 fork for mixing
  • 1 spoon for putting putting flour and sugar in the measuring cup.
  • 1 measuring cup.
  • 1 spatula.
  • 1 thing to hold the dough. must withstand micro-wave oven.(a medium bowl)
  • 1 cake mold (about 25 cm large and 5 centimeters deep)

You will probably use a little bit more of flour and butter to butter and flour the cooking pan so that the cake does not stick.

Pre heat the oven at 175°C while you are making the dough.

  1. Chop the chocolate and the butter in small bits in the bowl.
  2. Put that in the microwave on full power for 60-90 seconds.
  3. Mix it with the fork so that the dough is homogeneous.
  4. Add the sugar progressively, mixing with the fork.
  5. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time.
  6. Add the flour progressively, making sure everything is well mixed.
  7. Now that everything is in the dough, butter the mold and flour it.
  8. Pour the dough in the mold, and put the mold in the oven.
  9. Check the cake status after 27 minutes. It will probably need a couple more minutes.
  10. Enjoy !
